Mischa Barton Busted for DUI

TMZ has confirmed that Mischa Barton has been arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of marijuana and a controlled substance and driving without a valid license.

According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, the former "O.C." star was pulled over early this morning around 2:45 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif. Cops say she "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."

Barton is still in custody, being held on $10,000 bail. The L.A. County Sheriffs' Inmate Information website called her "Mischa Burton." Sources tell us that Mischa has been "very cooperative" and "no trouble at all." She's a good bad girl!

77. Wasn't she rushed to the hospital not too long ago and people thought she had overdosed on something? Then she came out with some B.S. "exhaustion" excuse? This isn't a shock at all...her career sucks and no one is paying attention to her plain jane looks. She neeeds to stop feeling sorry for herself and get a life.

82. I mean this in the most genuine and sincere way...Is being dumb and having an "addictive" personality on the Hollywood job application? This girl is a serious smoker which is our first clue that she's missing a few brain cells and this is also why she is so skinny (...just grab an apple instead of a cig sweetie!) She's also a huge partier...so her few brain cells are dwindling by the second (...ever heard of everything in moderation). It must be horrible for her to dislike herself so much that she would treat her body that way. When I die, I hope I will be remembered as a person who respected herself and others. Drugs, drinking and driving - gross! It is a total lack of disregard for the lives of others. Micha, get out of yourself! Find peace within girl!
